Svet liked the song but I do not think she understood the words. Svet knows that I like Johnny Cash and she like the beat. :)
Looks like a Russian made the video and they do not understand the English words just the music.
But to answer your question. Johnny Cash does not have a lot to do with Perm, you are very correct.
Unless they mean Perm is a prison!!!!!
