We can not leave alone the unusual weather in Moscow this winter. Really, we hardly call it winter because it became slight minus just few days ago and we don't have any snow at the middle od December. How it's harmful for (Middle) Russian ecology we will find out in this video:

As for now it's almost winter but it's too warm for snow here (it was +8C last night!) so we don't know if Luzhkov's plan is going to work yet... For me sounds more like a joke :).
