The FISAF World Fitness Championship [2-7.12.2008] is over in Dubna (Town in Moscow Area, with population of 60 951, 125 km from Moscow), Russia. This was a great show of sport. And Russian team won the step dancing event!
People consider aerobics and fitness as the safest sport activities today. Maybe it's true but when I watched the championship I realized that all participators have a very serious sport skills. I bet most of them came to aerobics after training for serious sports as gyms an etc.
What do you think about the competition and skills of participators?
