It's shocking. The film and the event. I remember this day, when it was announced that there was an explosion at Chernobyl NPP. But no one says how dangerous it was. Now I know this, because I worked at NPP. Now the measures taken for the people safety and their training is done more strictly and this is the result of this accident. A lot of things are talked about Chernobyl, how it happened and who was to blame, but these people are not alive. What should be done is to pay more attention to the safety of nuclear power plants, because it was and will be the cheapest power generation.
ReplyDeleteI have found some figures that 600 employees and firemen and 800 000 soldiers were irradiated after the accident and nobody took measures this not to happen. How many of them are still alive. And the masks are not useful in this case.
This film shows what could happen when people do not take care about nuclear safety and how dangerous it could be for all of us.
